This policy covers structurelogistics.com and the application and booking sites we run at book.structurelogistics.com and network.structurelogistics.com. It is written to be read, not to be got past.
Who we are
These sites are operated by Lavisha International FZE LLC, doing business as STRUCTURE. When we say “we” on this page, that is who we mean. You can reach a person at sales@structurelogistics.com or on +1 442 237 8419.
What we collect, and when
If you fill in the contact form on this site, we receive what you type: your name, your company, your email address, the phone number if you give us one, your monthly load volume and your message. We ask for these because a person reads every enquiry and needs a way to reply.
If you apply or book a call on book.structurelogistics.com or network.structurelogistics.com, we receive your name, email address, phone number and your answers to the questions on those pages.
This site, structurelogistics.com, sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. The application and booking sites do measure how they are used, which pages are visited and where people stop, through measurement software run for us by Revline Group Ltd, the customer-relationship system where applications are stored, and a Meta advertising pixel. Until you agree to tracking on those sites, nothing is stored on your device for it, and visits are counted without recognising you from one day to the next.
Text messages
Our contact form has two separate text-message boxes. You can tick one, both or neither. Neither is required, ticking neither does not stop the form being sent, and we will reply by email either way. We only text the number you give us, and only if you ticked a box.
- Non-marketing messages are about the thing you contacted us about: a reply to your enquiry, confirmation of a call you booked, and a reminder before it.
- Marketing messages are special offers, discounts and service updates.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, and HELP for assistance. You can also write to support@structurelogistics.com or call +1 442 237 8419.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
What it is used for
- Reading and replying to your enquiry or application, and holding the call you book.
- Keeping a record of the conversation in our customer-relationship system.
- Sending the text messages you ticked a box for, and nothing else.
- Understanding which pages work and which lose people, so the sites improve.
We do not sell your information. The only parties who see your information are the service providers named below, who process it on our behalf and under contract.
Who processes it for us
- Our customer-relationship system, where enquiries and applications are stored.
- Revline Group Ltd, whose software operates our forms, booking and reporting.
- Our email and hosting providers, to deliver the sites and send our replies.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and application details are kept while we are in a conversation with you, and afterwards as part of our business records. Text-message consent records are kept for as long as we may need to show that you gave consent. Measurement data is kept only as long as it is useful for the purpose above, then removed.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw text-message consent at any time by replying STOP, and that does not affect anything else. Write to sales@structurelogistics.com and a person will answer.
Changes
We update this page when something about our sites or our messaging changes. The date at the top is the date of the last change.
