Who we are, and what we send

These sites are operated by Lavisha International FZE LLC, doing business as STRUCTURE. We build artificial intelligence systems for logistics, and we make LoadHawk, an AI agent platform for freight brokers. If you contact us and ask us to, we will send you text messages: a reply to your enquiry, confirmation of a call you book, a reminder before that call, and, separately and only if you ask for it, special offers, discounts and service updates.

Text messaging programme

Consent to receive text messages is never required to use this site or to contact us, and it is never bundled with anything else. Our contact form carries two separate, optional boxes, one for marketing messages and one for non-marketing messages. Neither is ticked for you.

Cancelling, and getting help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to +1 442 237 8419. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@structurelogistics.com.

Message frequency and rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 8 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Enquiries, applications and bookings

Sending an enquiry or an application does not create an agreement between us, and booking a call holds a time rather than confirming an engagement. Whether we work together is decided in conversation, and the terms of any engagement are the ones in the written agreement you sign, not the words on this site.

About the figures on this site

Numbers and results described on these sites are real, and the commitments behind them carry conditions and definitions that live in the written agreement. Where the two could be read differently, the agreement governs. If you want the full terms before you book, ask at sales@structurelogistics.com and we will send them.

Using this site

The content here is provided for you to read and decide whether to get in touch. Do not copy it for commercial use, misrepresent who operates it, or attempt to interfere with how it runs.
